California homes have a style that while unique to the west coast can become dated and old.

With this project we were challenged to add style and unique features to transform the home by adding a custom wine cellar as well as re-energizing the living area.

To make this possible we took out a wall which backed into the garage extending the room into a sizable purpose built fully refrigeration wine storage and display room.

By adding stunning double glass doors and concealed lighting we were able to show off this addition, then continue the theme into the family’s main living area.

By taking a look at these before images we think you will appreciate the thought that went into the project.  There were a ton of distinctive features built into the rooms including, wall paneling in Redwood, extensive stone work, cooperage countertops, beer on tap, custom wine cellar doors and a ductless refrigeration system.

All this, as well as over 1,000 bottles of wine displayed and stored in a variety of ways.
